| |
1. To answering phone call, give course introduction and study plan to the caller in according to their different situation:接听中心咨询电话，向来电咨询的学生介绍中心的相关课程信息，根据学生的不同需求，帮助制定不同的学习计划
2. To handling potential trainees’ enquiries, and complete registration for them;处理好潜在的咨询对象，帮助他们完成入学登记
3. To take part in and give a assistance to promotion activities, like seminars, road shows, salon, etc.协助并参与市场推广活动，比如讲座，路演，沙龙等等

基本要求：
1. College graduate or above, major in computer, marketing or sales is preferred; 大专及以上学历，计算机,市场或者销售专业更佳
2. At least 1 year working experience, experience as customer services, consultant or sales is a plus; 至少一年以上客服，咨询顾问或者销售工作经验较佳
3. Open-minded, very good interpersonal communication skills; 性格开朗，有非常好人际交往能力
4. Endurance, hard working and could work under pressure; 持久的耐力，工作勤奋，有较强的抗压能力
5. Good team player 良好的团队协作精神
