Accountabilities:
•Make QA technical solutions and management solutions
•Lead team to deliver testing service and make sure project deliver successfully.
Requirements
•At least 4-8 years IT working experience with strong software testing background
•At least 2 years team lead experience
•Very familiar on automation testing or manual testing
•Solid software engineering process knowledge and experience
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
•Strong business sense, very good customer communication skills
•Self motivator and fast learner
•Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
•Strong customer and quality focus
