Basic Function:
To manage the activities and associates of the Global Engine Strategic Sourcing (GESS) department in a team-based performance approach.
To manage and control the cost of materials by developing a local China supply chain, negotiate pricing agreements, monitoring vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in cost and delivery to support Global Engine Group Plants worldwide.

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in mechanical knowledge.
5 years of job related experience (ideally in foreign invested manufacturing enterprise) including at least 1 year in quality management position.
Good understanding of quality systems such as ISO9001/QS9001, PPAP, Advanced Quality Planning, etc.
Good understanding of procurement process, negotiation skill and China / Asia supplier base.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
