1.有较好的沟通交流能力；

2.负责协助经理做好餐厅的接待工作；
2.Assist manager and supervisor’s reception work;
3.对员工进行服务技能技巧的培训；
3.Give service skill training to employee;
4.对员工的服务进行现场监督与指导，保证服务按规范进行。
4.Supervise and guide employee’s service at restaurant and ensure the service is always standard. |
