岗位职责

Report To: Team Lead, Technology Department上级主管：团队主管，技术研发部Goal: 工作目标：• Research, apply and extend machine learning frameworks, develop and optimize algorithms to improve the Neural MT output and quality evaluation model研究、应用和扩展的机器学习算法类库和框架，开发和优化 Neural MT 的算法，提升机器翻译的质量和质量评估模型Required skills:职业技能：• More than 5 years of proven experiences in Neural MT, Machine Learning or similar domains5 年以上 Neural MT、深度学习相关领域工作经验• Proficient with machine learning frameworks, e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, ML .NET 精通机器学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 和 ML .NET 等• In-depth knowledge of machine learning model or algorithms like: Attention, Transformer and BERT精通机器学习的基础理论模型和算法，如 Attention、Transformer、BERT等• Quick prototyping skills in adopting Neural MT open-source projects to deliver POC 能利用各种Neural MT开源类库快速开发出概念验证原型• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C#/C++.熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，如Python、Java 或 C#/C++• Hands-on experience in Neural MTproduct development is plus. 具有实际Neural MT产品开发和应用经验者优先General Requirements:基本要求：• Fast in learning new tools and technologies快速学习新工具和技术的能力• Well organized, detail-oriented, punctual, 良好的条理性、逻辑能力与组织能力，注重细节，按时提交• Good at working in a team良好的团队沟通和协作能力• Ability to work under pressure能够承受一定工作压力• Basic English reading and writing skills基本的英文读写能力
